I can't seem to view a file from the toolbox. What is wrong?

Many of the linked documents (landscaper letter, for example) are .pdf files. These may not display directly in your browser when clicked upon, but will download to your local hard drive. Depending upon how your security preferences are configured, the downloaded file may auto-open in a viewer such as Adobe Reader or Preview. Otherwise, the .pdf file is in your default Downloads folder waiting to be clicked on (opened) by you.

Note: file types need to be opened by appropriate applications for editing purposes. Toolbox source files are either Word (.doc) or Illustrator (.ai) format.
